Christian Abbet got his Federal certificate in Electronics in 2011. He then pursued his studies and graduated from EPFL with a master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering. He has completed his Ph.D. in computational pathology at the LTS5, EPFL, Switzerland, and collaborating with the Digital Pathology Research Group at the Institute of Tissue Medicine and Pathology, University of Bern, Switzerland in 2023. Before his Ph.D., he worked on various medical applications such as radiotherapy treatment optimization for brain cancer. Also, during his years at EPFL, he took part in various competitions and won two hackathons. One of them is the OpenFood Hackdays which is related to patient food consumption tracking and health. Christian is passionate about keeping a good working atmosphere and finding solutions to daily problems using different data approaches.
