I studied Biology at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. I continued my studies at the same university and studied the role of microRNAs in breast cancer during my master's. To pursue my Ph.D. career, I moved to Lausanne Switzerland and studied the role of mTOR signaling during the repair and renewal of adult lymphatic vessels. I received my Ph.D. degree from the University of Lausanne in 2019. In my new path as a postdoctoral scientist, I am exploring new horizons of spatial biology by using hyper-plex immunofluorescence in Inti Zlobec’s group at University of Bern.
