About us

Odyssey is more than a research group - it is our digital pathology hub at the Institute of Tissue Medicine and Pathology (ITMP) at the University of Bern. We are an interdisciplinary research group, with backgrounds in translational biomarker research, computer science, biology, engineering, chemistry, machine learning, and pathology. At the center of our group are our students, supervised by various project leaders, working on clinically relevant problems using state-of-the-art computational methods.
